Simple,soulful and stunning. You would think another man with a guitar singing songs how can this be any different to James Blunt, Damien Rice, David Grey, Paolo Nutini, etc. Somehow Ed manages to be that unique and produce a simple, honest group of songs, slow and heartfelt and catchy hook beat songs. I think his sound has timed it just right with all the manufactured pop stars booming at this particular moment. Seriously mind-blowing!. Ed Sheeran is fantastic. I don't normally like many singer/songwriter type songs, but Ed has done a (beyond) great job of making music. While songs like You Need Me I Don't Need You and U.N.I are fast and catchy, his other songs, such as Give Me Love and Small Bump literally give me goosebumps! So refreshing that he writes his own songs and isn't crappy manufactured pop music!

Amazing!!!. I truly think that Ed Sheeran's songwriting skills are purely amazing!! He will forever be remembered as one of the great names who was loved by all ages!! He is by far my favourite artist and will always remain it :) The songs in plus are so heartfelt and original that it is my favourite album ever.

Ed Ed Ed. Saw this guy live in Belfast in 2011 when his first album came out, absolutely amazing and he sings beautifully acapella also! This album is perfection and whilst I love everything Ed does, it will be hard to top it! (Favourite tracks-Give Me Love, Kiss Me, Little Bird)

Its Really Good!. I got this album for by birthday and its so cool. Every song is good and different - they all sound amazing. My favourite one is You need Me i dont need You because ed does a really good job of rapping in it. I would recommend it to anyone who likes folk, guitar, ...with a twist...!

3years on.... I mean come one, this album was released 3 years ago in 2011 but I still in the 50 albums. It takes someone and something very special to do that!

Perfect.. I love every song on this album or any song by Ed in general. He is so under rated it's unreal, some of these songs he wrote when he was 17. He writes ALL he's songs which is incredible. In my opinion he is the best male guitarist/singer/songwriter/rapper/beat boxer/ginger/guy in the world. I cannot wait for February next year as his new album is coming out, it's a long time but I'm sure it'll be worth the wait. ☺ P.S - Ed should have won that Grammy for 'The A Team' 😡

Wake me up. I have to say, a lot of people don't understand wake me up or why he decided to put the song on his album, but it's definitely one of my favourites. The song isn't overworked by producers and is simply just left to be the way he wanted it to sound. I think it's really great that he has his sound and he doesn't change it to suit the people around him. He just makes the music he likes, and I think that's what's missing in a lot of other artists. Good job Ed!

Absolutely amazing album. I have just recently come across the fantastic Ed Sheeran from the hype of his latest hit single 'Sing' (which in itself is one of a kind). After listening to this album dozens of times through i have to say i am quite breathless by how moving and epic Ed sings. I just cannot believe how this album has been almost forgotten. I believe this man is going to change the face of british pop music. Keep up the good work! You will not regret purchasing this. Buy now!

Could be the start of something beautiful.... Poor Ed must have had one hell of a break up judging by the content of this album, but luckily for us, something beautiful was born from it. Ed is definitely one of the best lyricists I have every come across, certainly the best ginger lyricist. Each song is heart wrenchingly emotive (excluding You Need Me Man... which can only be described simply as 'fun'). I almost find Sunburn difficult to listen to, and Small Bump is equally beautiful. My only critism is this: I don't think the Deluxe version is worth the extra cash, as there is a certain point when I can't listen to any more songs about a failed relationship. A small critism though, as this album is without a doubt worth five stars, as is the artist, and includes some of my favourite songs, certainly of the last few years. Very much looking forward any future work, although I hope the next break isn't as emotionally damaging! Way to go Ginge!

A Musical Genius!. I just love Ed. His music easy to listen to while being trendy! I love this album as it shows how diverse his talent is!

What a guy!. I need to marry Ed Sheeran and if I can't have him I'll quite happily marry his lyrics! He is an amazing individual and his ability to piece together lyrics is outstanding! I love him so much! For one guy He certainly has an unfair amount of talent as he put pop artists like one direction to shame with his own lyrics, his own music and his own beautiful voice. it's epic. Ed Sheeran is epic i love him when he sing live it sounds really nice but I download give me love and when the song finished it went to another song that I didn't download nor is it on his album weird but I still like it.

Awesome. Awesome album. Only down side is apple obviously have not listened to it. As 'you need me' has some swearing in but not sure of any others and apple havnt displayed the red 'E' nxt to it. Part from that great songs from a great artist. Defo recommend it.
