Fantastic album. This album has many different styles to it from the bluesy feeling "Law dogs" to the Gospel sounding "Brighter Day".There is a Latin sound to the great sounding "Old Zuarez" and an upbeat toe stompin sound to "my Baby".This is without a doubt their best album in many years.

Great work for fans of the Doobie Bros.. I approached this album with mixed feelings as I am a fan of the early Doobies Rock with Tom Johston and not of the Michael McDonald era group. Well, Tom Johston is here and his songs rock. Pat Simmons is OK. As stated, I am not a fan of Michael McDonald but he is only on one track as a guest. Overall, this gets an 8 out of 10. The Doobie Brothers can still rock and prove it on most tracks. Good to hear, thank you Doobies.

World Gone Crazy. Finally a great new album , proves the Doobies still got "IT" (never lost it )". Glad to see you back .

Low end stinks. Without Porter's low end bass syncopation, these songs are a wannabe comeback effort and for what? New and up and coming bands deserve our $$, not has been, been there bands. Tour is sure to follow, then jugdes on some talent TV show.......

Bringing it all back!. This is quintessential Doobie Brothers! "Young Man's Game" says it all.

yahoo!. Picked this up because i knew one song (Nobody) and was pleasantly surprised to get a great cd with some good songs. They started it off with Brighter Day and carried on with some nice harmonies with My Baby,Love Young Mans Game and the title track..a couple of duds(never bben a huge MM fan..)as i said some nice harmonies with some rock thrown in..

The Boys are back in town!!. I was surprised, to say the least, when I saw this in the pile of new releases on iTunes. At first glance I thought it was just another compilation of oldies but goodies from The Doobies. What a surprise to find a whole batch of brand new music from one of the all-time great classic rock bands of the century. This album is loaded with great songs, and even though they are new, they are, unmistakeably, still holding true to the Doobie's style from way back. In other words, if you were to hear any of these songs on the radio, without knowing that The Doobie Bros. had a new album out, you would still definitely know that it was The Doobies. It is a surefire winner and a must for long-time Doobie fans.
