Pretty good debut. I have mixed feelings about this album. Some songs I adore... Some I hate. Fever, dtrh, sfw are fantastic. But I loathe time for miracles. No matter. Guys a genius with the best freaking voice of his generation. Can't wait till his next album.

An impressive first album.. I have to admit that I knew nothing of Adam Lambert before his music hit the mainstream. I never watched one episode of "American Idol" in my life, so his talent was completely unknown to me. That being said, I did find myself enjoying his first two singles when I heard them on the radio. When I heard "If I had You" one summer morning while heading to work, I wanted to listen to more of his songs, and ended up buying his album. Mr. Lambert is an extremely talented signer to say the least. His voice is crystal clear and he can hit high (very high I might add) notes with ease and it never sounds like he's straining his voice. This album is pure pop, with some surprising ballads that evens everything out. I have to admit that I enjoy his faster tracks like "If I had You", "Whadtya Want from Me" and "Pick you Up" to his slower tracks like "Broken Open" but over all, he is an impressive artist and I look forward to hearing more from him.

Fun album!. Love this album! Who cares if it's a little bit cheesy here and there ("Strut") if you want to listen to a fun upbeat pop album, this is for you. Top picks are "Music Again", "Sure Fire Winners", "If I Had U", and "Aftermath". Most of the songs have been co-written by big names like lady gaga, the darkness, p!nk, rivers cuomo, the scissor sisters, ryan tedder, etc. Bottom line, this album is great!

Awesome!. I think he's amazing. The songs are unique, and at first I wasn't a huge fan of a few of them but they grew on me. As for the album cover which everyone is obsessing over, I love it. It's art, perfection, and soul all together. Yes. He is gay. But that doesn't effect his music so get over it :)

All I can say is it's a good thing that show's getting lower ratings. - More emphasis on the vocals! - Stop singing about love! - Fix your spelling errors, bro/brah. - Oh, and nice artwork.

HOLY CRAP. Adam Lambert has truly one of the most powerful yet beautiful male voices I have ever heard. He is such a genious. This album is great. The songs have such meaning and they sent chills down my spine!!! I fell in love with Adam when I heard the the songs on here. I love him so much. He totally insipres me! I hope he will have more music in the future! I just cant get over it. Everyone should have their own say, but my opinion is this is wonderful.

Amazaingly Talented!. I wasn't a fan of Adam's before I heard his album. I always thought he was an amazing singer, but I never thought I would love his album! Then my dad downloaded it one day, and I listened to it. I loved it! It was one of THE BEST albums I have ever heard, and its always playing on my iPod. In short, Adam, you didn't dissapoint! <333333333 GLAMNATION!

Not too shabby. Adam's hit singles and other songs like Music Again or Fever are true masterpieces, when some of the other tracks are plain bland. It all depends on your taste of music, but for me, this album is definitely a keeper!

Incredible Talent. Yes, Adam came from American Idol - but those of you who see that as a negative, please try to give him a chance. This guy's voice is truly a wonder, his range is wild and spine chilling at times... no, really. After watching him on the show two seasons ago, I can't seem to watch anymore - everyone else has paled in comparison. He never missed a note, was always on key, took chances with the arrangements and performed with unabashed style. A truly uninhibited, inspired singer. Way to go buddy, kudos. I'm actually glad my girlfriend dragged me (kicking and screaming) into watching American Idol years ago ... go figure. Personally, I found "For Your Entertainment" (the album) astonishingly good. As a whole, I imagine his eclectic taste is probably not for everyone. But due to the variety of styles he chose, there should be a song or two that even the most jaded can enjoy. As I write this, "If I Had You" is now rocketing up the charts - and there are still several more radio worthy tracks left to release! Considering his whirlwind ascension, it will be interesting to see what he can do when he finally has time to actually sit and focus on his second album. Amazing. Prediction: Adam Lambert - by charting his own course - could easily become a new age, more modern Elton John.

Stop the hate, listen to the songs. adam lambert is constantly criticized and mocked because of his flamboyancy and how sexually open he is. the real question though, shouldn't be: is he gay or not, it should be: does he make good music and the answer is yes. get over his sexual orientation and listen to the music. does it matter if he's gay? personally i think he could be a tree for all care but as long as he makes good music, he will be a consisten download for me

Good. Solid debut; lots of great tracks. I don't care if he's gay, bi, tri, or making love to a bicycle. This is a great album.

Strut. It's funny I haven't actually heard "strut" in total, only snippets of it but it always gets stuck in my head even though I haven't listened to it in to sooooo long. It's nice to come back to these amazing songs....and actually hear the entire thing! Lol
