BRANDY IS REAL AND TRUTH!. AMAZING! LYRICS ARE PURE FROM THE HEART AND CATCHY ENOUGH TO SING ALONG TOO! SHE WAS GONE FOR A WHILE, BUT LOOK AT HER NOW?!?! WITH SONGS LIKE "THE DEFINATION, WARM IT UP, RIGHT HERE, PIANO MAN, CAMOUFLAGE, HUMAN, TRUE, 1ST AND LOVE, FALL, GONNA FIND LOVE" ITS ALL GREAT LYRICS AND UP-BEAT R&B- POP FLAVOR! U GO BRANDY!

So Underated. This album is Brandy's best by far. Every song on thei album is amazing, the previews don't cut it. I can't think of a song that i skip over or don't listen to because they are all great! From the intro to her last song Fall, every one is 5 stars. Darkchild did a great job producing this album, and Brandy's talent, vocally and lyrically are way underrated. I love every song. What an excellent album!

Brandy hits it out of the park!. I was inspired to purchase this album after hearing Brandy sing "Long Distance" live on the radio. The host played the instrumental track and she and the backup singers sang in the studio and it was exactly like the recording!! I cannot remember the last time an album has brought me so much joy! It's real R&B in that Brandy does not rely on the gimmick, the big collaboration with the new "it" singer/producer, sex appeal, the big beat - just wonderful, old fashion singing! Practically every song draws you in, makes you feel hopeful and has you singing at the top of your lungs! There are hardly any artists who are making music that we will be singing in 10 or 20 years. If radio does Brandy right, we'll be doing just that. Only thing I could do without are those interludes! Other than that, nothing should stop this from being the Best R&B Album at the Grammy's next year.

Kinda Fresh. Vocally and production wise, it's a great album. There are some really catchy songs, but I felt the album lacked something. There were no special moments on the album. Nothing stood out. Brandy has definitely grown vocally, and the composition is amazing. Everytime I listen to the album I hear something different. The album was still a little dull for a comeback, especially from a female artist who used to have her own doll and sold 25Million albums prior!

Brandy Is Back Folks. I absolutely LOVE this album. Her songs are fantastic and I dont have to hear about hos, money, or sex! I am proud to be a Brandy fan lol. The wait was totally worth it because Brandy put together a great album! I can listen to all the songs straight through without skipping around and thats a rarity these days. The album deserves all five stars.

Human. Didn't know you had a resent album out and it sounds really good too. Please come out with more because I miss your music.

Totally underrated. Brandy has one of the most unique voices in the music industry and one of the most unique sounds as well. On this album, she really showcases her own style. Some songs are plain irresistible: Warm it up (With Love) is my favorite, also Shattered Heart, 1st & Love, Fall are amazing feel-good songs. Brandy truly deserves to be recognized as one of the leading artists of our times, and not just by her generation. This is to me one of her best and most enjoyable albums! YOU SHOULD PURCHASE IT!

Awesome Album From An Awesome Artist. I believe this is by far Brandy's best album to date (and I'm a big fan of Full Moon). I honestly loved the whole album from start to finish and wanted to go through it again once it was done, lol! I recommend just getting the whole album, I can't pick out just a few songs that I like because I like them ALL hopefully you will too!!!

A masterpiece. I have not heard any album as perfect since: Madonna's - Confessions on A Dancefloor or, Mary J. Blige's Breakthrough. Brandy really gives her all on this album and it shows. From start to finish she takes you on a journey. Any1 who has an open mind would appreciate this album. All tracks are awesome but here's my TOP 5: A Capella (Something's Missing) Camouflage Human The Definition 1st & Love

Brandy Is Back!. I'm a fan of Brandy and I think this album was her greatest yet next to Full Moon. This album is great from start to finish. Brandy still gots it and I hope she continues to make great albums like this. I give this album 5/5. Expecting more great music from Brandy.

She's Back!. Impressed!

Wow. I love it

her best!. I think this is her best album so far. My personal favorite "long distance"

Flavva. Brandie is the girl...This album is probably her best next to Full Moon. One can relate to the lyrics...the messages are real, and it truly embodies the title of the album "Human". She came back very strong...Go Gurl!

Brandy-Human. Four year break since Afrodisiac, Brandy returns with a new label home (Epic/Knockout) and reunites with past mentor and producer, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins. Does Brandy come back better than ever? The Definition: Re-united with producer Darkchild, Brandy comes out strong as thumping drums and synths start things off. Brandy blends well with the production and comes out with a fresh sound. Her raspy vocals are evident in the final verse. 3/5 Warm It Up (With Love): Piano loop and uptempo drums back Brandy as she croons about warming the world up with love. A mature concept that serves as a genuine world anthem and fits Brandy’s personality. A nice track that deals with relationships and current world struggles. 3.5/5 Right Here (Departed): Selected as the lead single, the production is definitely radio ready, as pianos and a pop sound work well here. Brandy really shines on the hook and the bridge, where she goes from a whispery croon to building drum breakdown and celebratory finish. 4/5 Piano Man: Choppy synths and pounding bass drops, as Brandy’s vocals are decent. The hook is what really grabs you, as well as the bridge which uses some interesting instrumentation of strings and synth effects but it comes off as a weaker “Right Here (Departed)”. Nonetheless it’s a solid effort. 3.5/5 Long Distance: Piano driven production about long distance relationships hits your eardrums well, as supporting synths and drums add dramatic effect. Vocally Brandy sounds refreshing on here, there’s something missing from making it a perfect single, but it’s a creative creation between Darkchild and Brandy that is relevant to many relationships. 4.5/5 Camouflage: Brandy continues with positive messages and radio ready jams of synth, piano and drum productions. Decent track here that has Brandy singing about a relationship not being worth it if she has to camouflage. 3/5 Torn Down: Different instrumentation from the previous tracks, yet continuing the uptempo theme, Brandy sings about not being torn down. Decent. 3/5 Human: Brandy’s vocals are well sung and Toby Gad’s production gives the song a beautiful bridge that will capture listeners. Brandy’s singing about the album’s theme of being “perfectly human” and “just staying alive”, its a wonderful track that has Brandy opening up and letting loose vocally. 4/5 Shattered Heart: With a simple production of pulsating drums hits and other added instruments inserted throughout, the track isn’t as good as it should be. The production has an interesting drum pattern, however the hook doesn’t quite work as well as it should and becomes a bit dull during the verses. Still a decent track that has some good production. 3/5 True: RedOne handles production duties that would be good, however the drums sound really bad. Otherwise, the soul searching strings work nicely, as Brandy delivers her true ballad here that is quite genuine. A truly beautiful number that will definitely touch listeners hearts about love being true. 4/5 A Capella (Something’s Missing): Probably the most unique cut, Soundz serves as the producer, utilizing Brandy as the bass and claps, while electric guitar jams out in the background. The harmonizing it quite beautiful and this is probably the most creative effort on the album. 3.5/5 1st And Love: The production is decent, it isn’t until the heavy drums come in, that the track actually sounds good. Lyrically the hook and verses are decent, but the song gets better later on. 3/5 Fall: Brandy offers assurance on this dramatic effort that bounces from exhilarating to clam clap tempo. The raspy vocals are back and sounding better than ever as this pop number is solid. 3.5/5 Gonna Find My Love: Uptempo and relevant with the material already on the album, its a decent bonus. 3/5 Brandy’s new release delivers a matured and safer approach for her return. The album’s production works well and numerous tracks sound ready for radio play, with a positive and personal feel to many of the tracks. While it may not be as fun, because several songs contain personal lyrics, the album is definitely a statement in Brandy’s career. “Right Here (Departed)” has a pop sound that will definitely catch on with its anthemic atmosphere, the building and epic “Long Distance” works well in its balance of vulnerability and reflection, as the unique “A Capella (Something’s Missing)” shows some creativity. While some tracks become a bit too pop and sounding similar, Brandy opens up with mature writing, making the appropriately titled Human all that more enjoyable and a worthy return. Rating: 8 out of 10

Brandy - Human. This is a great come back album. It is great. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

AMAZING ALBUM!. This is my all time favorite Brandy album, I own all the songs and love them. She really means everything she sings and does it beautifully. Easily 5 stars

Wow. I am immensely impressed with this flawless album. Okay almost flawless, but so close! Brandy has decided to write an album with true meaning and class. It's like she has finally found what is most important to her and is sharing it with us. True artistry from beginning to end. This album is fully 'Human' to the core. 2. The Definition - Brandy is basically saying 'I'm back', and I've found meaning in my life. Great opening song. 9.5/10 3. Warm It Up (With Love) - Love this song. Love the piano. Love the lyrics. I feel good song. 10/10 4. Right Here (Departed) - No words can describe this song other than amazing. 10/10 5. Piano Man - Classic Brandy. Fantastic song. 10/10 7. Long Distance - A sappy love song about missing ones love. Good song but not my favorite. 8.5/10 8. Camouflage - A good song about ones self. Amazing lyrics, I love Brandy's vocals on this song. 10/10 9. Torn Down - One of my favorite songs on the album. So amazing and flawless. 10/10 10. Human - A great song about being 'only human'. Everybody can relate to this song. 9/10 11. Shattered Heart - My least favorite song on the album. I think this song has the least amount of thought put into it. 7/10 12. True - A love song about an uncommitted significant other. Brandy sounds pretty. 8/10 13. A Capella (Something's Missing) - Great song, great vocal arrangements. Love it. 10/10 14. 1st and Love - Good flirty song. 9.5/10 15. Fall - Good song about just taking a chance and falling in love. 8.5/10 16. Gonna Find My Love - Fun song. Brandy shows us some of her rapping skills. 9/10 Beautiful album with true human flaws and meaning. Thank you Brandy for this wonderful experience.

Album Of The Year. I love the album beginning to end Brandy shows so much in this album and the songs are amazing done.

Incredible. I absolutly LOVE this album. Brandy is trully talented and blessed. Please purchase this album, you will not be sorry you did.

Brandy Is The Truth!. This is a perfect album! The songwriting is impeccable, unlike what we hear on the radio these days. The album's gems are Shattered Heart, Acapella, and True. I have been waiting on Brandy for a while and I am not disappointed. If you support true artistry, then you should buy this album.

Great Work!. This really is a great piece of work, and it's great to hear Brandy back again. It's so nice to purchase an entire album that you can listen to all the way through, and Human is definitely that type of album. Awesome!

Well Worth The Money!. I absolutely love this album!!! All of the songs are good and any one can be a favorite. I was inspired to buy this album after hearing Brandy perform "Right Here (Departed)" live, and she sounded EXACTLY like the studio recorded song. Her voice is soo soothing; it's like butter :) I'll keep supporting you Brandy! I've loved you ever since I WANNA BE DOWN in 1994; keep doing what you do best!

Repeat repeat repeat repeat repeat repeat ..... Every track sounds the same. Was hooked with "Right Here", but that's about it.

Exellente!. This album is absolutley phenominal! Its probably gonna nominated for a grammy!

WHERE'S PORCELAIN DOLL???. Okay, where's the song porcelain doll??? I want it so badly!

okay. I liked the album but i think all the i'm sorry songs kind of made it okay. but overall it was a nice album

Next Single NEEDS to be "Piano Man". "Piano Man" is definitely an AWESOME follow up single to "Righ Here" and "Long Distance". Brandy reprises her role as the smooth, inspiring, & hook-bouncin' R&B singer she has always been. She's definitely her own this time around and not an imitation of what's "Hot only for the moment"! "Play a song for US...Mr. Piano MAAAN" -Go B! :)

Better than Beyonce but most wont give her a chance.... This album is 100% better than Beyonce's cd however no one wants to admit it. Besides a few songs on Beyonce's cd, it appears that she(beyonce) threw some songs together and knew that she could depend on her fan base to purchase her cd - whereas Brandy actually put in a lot of effort and heart. Beyonce is soooo very overated and its sad because it dosent allow for artists such as Brandy to be considered #1. Get this cd ...it is worth the money and she gives you more than a 2 disk 10 song sloppy song CD (unlike Beyonce).

In Love. I love this Album! I had a physical copy when the album first came out. And now I’m buying it again, This is one of my favorite album by Brandy.

omg. good music again thank you

5 Stars. This is a great CD, It takes a bit to grow on me, but I LOVE it

Human. This was definitely her most pop sounding effort and that definitely wasn’t a bad thing. Her vocals blend in really well with the genre. This album was considered a “flop” during the time of its release but I remembering it getting pretty good reviews from critics and this album has aged well a little over 10 years later. Brandy has yet to have one terrible album.

Best 'Brandy' album yet!. This album was filled with SO MUCH emotion! It's so beautiful and she is truly one of the best R&B singers in this music world! Her voice is beautiful and she sings with so much emotion and passion! I have to honestly say every song is a favorite of mine BUT ESPECIALLY Camouflage. This Albums Is Worth Every Penny!

Beand's Best Album Yet. This is by far the best album Brandy has ever put out in the market, 8 out of the 15 songs are really good. Brandy is by far one of the best R&B artists. I listen to the album almost everyday, my most favorite songs are The Definition and Right Here (Departed). Listed below are the songs I listen to the most. The Definition 10/10 Right Here (Departed) 10/10 Torn Down 8/10 Camouflage 9/10 Long Distance 9/10 Human 10/10 True 10/10 1st & love 8/10

love this album. I like Brandy to some extent. Her first album rocked. Never Say Never was awful. Everything between Never Say Never and Human was okay. And now, Human, which is great. There's a very good reason that she worked on this for like 4 years, besides all the stuff in the iTunes review. She's been doing practically the same thing over and over again for 6 years, and she needed time to do get ready to do something else. And it worked beautifully. There are very many underrated songs. Examples: A Capella. Show of hands who bought that song. No one? Thought so. Right Here is good, but it actually gets old after a bit. Piano Man is a bit too repetitive, but it's great. Shattered Heart is by far the worst. The chorus is way to repetitive, the definition of the beat is way too boring, and just listen to the lyrics.

Best Album Ever!. This is the best album yet....she actually talks about real stuff....Long Distance will help me get me through my relationship!!!

Mine and my girlfriend's !!!!!. Right Here (Departed) is my girlfriend's and my song ! Just try to take it !

Her best album in years!. While she will probably never top 1998's "Never Say Never" she managed to come close with her new album "Human." I was addicted to her single "Right Here (Departed)." She returned with her former producer/songwriter "DarkChild" for this album after an album off with him. There are so many good songs. This is her 2nd best album and it feels like it came more from the heart then her last album "Afrodisiac." "Right Here" should have been a bigger hit. At leased she got in the top 40!

She's done it again!!!. I have never written a review on iTunes but this album just blew me away. As soon as the first track came out, I knew I had to go get the album. I knew it would be amazing...just like Aphrodisiac, but even better. Brandy is so talented and I hope she will be recognized for the true talent and gifted artist she is!

Made me a FAN. This album here made me a brandy fan. Don't blame me now I love all her other albums but I had only like one or two or maybe even three ,,, but human mannnnn these are songs for the heart n brandy child she sand each one from the heart I can proudly sat I love every single song on this album n I know all of the words for each :) 4 yrs later two eleven she didn't disappoint me.. I became a brandy fan 4 yrs ago with human and I'm still one today and imma ride with her to the end. U go brandy...

Thumbs up. My review may sound a little biased because Brandy has always been a favorite of mine. Although i was not really feeling full moon- this one sounds like she made a come back!!! Happy for her

Stellar album!. Awesome album! If you enjoy the 30-second previews, you're going to love the album in its entirety. I'm lovin' it! I would definitely recommend it.

JLMJJGHI. I LOVE SHATTERED HEART

Once Again. I love Brandy, This album is perfectly amazing.

Brandy's best to date. This is strictly her best album. This woman is the truth in her music. Very talented and her skill is unmatched by any female hip hop artist today. She shows her talent through her voice she is classy and she is one of a few artists keeping real music alive. GO BRANDY!

PLEASE DON'T CALL IT A COMEBACK...!!!. Initially I wasn't very pleased with this album. Let me say that Brandy Is my favorite artist and her last album, "Afrodisiac" (led by Timbaland), still remains as one of my most favorite R&B albums. I was hoping that this would be a part two! But if an artist continues to put out the same sounding albums, where's the growth? Brandy has definitely evolved and grown since her last album. She has gone through yet another breakup in her love life and was involved in a car accident that ended in fatality. I guess this is what it takes to make one of the best 'comeback' albums ever! After a few listens, "Human" has become another one of my favorite R&B albums. On this record, she reunites with long time producer Rodney Jerkins. Who produced the bulk of the album, including the first two singles, "Right Here (Departed)" & "Long Distance". Which are definitely some of the standout cuts from the album and some of Brandy's best work. Actually all the songs with Rodney are fire! "The Definition" is a very solid opening! Brandy declares how her man defines love and how love has gotten better after she has let go of the pain of past love. "Warm It Up (With Love)" is a very humanitary song, if you will. Brandy states that the world could be better if we all come together and love one another. "Piano Man" is one of the album's standout cuts. Brandy is a very deep artist and it definitely shows on tracks like this one. She recalls how music can tell the story of someone's pain and how the pain can be so relateable worldwide. "Camouflage" is a beaufitul record where Brandy admits to not being perfect and stating that the imperfection makes her who she is. She declares that she will not camouflage for love and you either take all of her, or nothing. Great Message! "Shattered Heart" is one of my favorite's from the album. It is another track produced by Rodney, which actually sounds like a record produced by Timbaland. Brandy sounds so poetic on this track (Don't break the glass called me/Our love can save anything like the father believe me)! She describes the hurdles that one had to go through to get her heart. My other favorites from the album are "True", "Fall" (which was co written by Natasha Bedingfield), "1st & Love" and "A Capella (Something's Missing)" I was very surprised to hear this track. I have always said that Brandy could use her voice as an instrument, and that is exactly what she does on this song! Even though it took a few listens to actually like this album, I am very pleased to call this an incredible effort. This is Brandy's deepest and most mature and emotional project to date. I am very dissapointed at the first week sales of this album. Brandy is an incredible artist who has paved the way for many youngsters in the game (Keyshia Cole, Rihanna, etc.). She deserves more respect. It's a crying shame this project wasn't given the attention it deserves! Everyone was concerned about a certain Sahsa and a Ringleader. This is Brandy at her best! She will always remain one of the true greatest voices of all time. I just hate seeing real talent taken for granted. No matter how hot or cold, Brandy will always have a fan in me!

CANT STOP REPLAYING THIS. I absolutely love this album!! When her first single right here was released I fell in love with the song, although I did not know it was by Brandy. I have always enjoyed Brandy's music and this is by far one of my favorite albums. I love every song on the album. My favorite songs on the album are Piano Man, 1st & Love, True, Fall....now that I about this they are all my favorite. If you havent purchased the album I would strongly urge you to do so!

Great Comeback!. I love it..this album is GREAT!!

SOLID ALBUM. there's a couple of snoozers on here...this is my 1st brandy album. piano man, long distance, the defination, camoflage, right here (departed)...i am definately NOT a brandy fan (i hate her old stuff!!) but i'm finding this album addictive! it's a great solid pop/r&b album!!! i hope this is a comeback for her!!
