Perfect piano music to me. It's hard for me to find the right kind of piano music (since there isn't a name for what ever it is that I like) but every song on this album fits perfectly, and for six bucks I it was a no brainer. I'm glad I ran into this artist and album on Pandora, good piano music is difficult to search for.

Quiet and Peaceful. Anyone that likes peaceful music will enjoy this album.

Emotion I have not seen in years. She pours a level of emotion, of passion, and of purity that I believe is extremely rare with contemporary music. She harkens back to an era where making music was a skill for masters not auto-tuned drug addicts. I long thought that the state of music as we progress as a civilization gets more and more degraded, however she has shown a beacon of hope in a musically deaf world: that being not the creation of notes in a pattern, but rather a gateway into the collective soul of humanity.

Amazing. I have been going through a rough time with guys,family,etc. and i heard Doll By this amazing artist and i knew this music will help me through times like this. It makes me feel like i could beat anything in the world. Thank you Helen Jane Long, for everything.(:

Makes you think... if there was anything more beautiful make it appear before me... and you'll sit in wonder as you sit and stare into space while you listen to the true music that pours from this woman's soul into your own feeling it flow like the rivers of tears falling from your cheeks.

Great addition to any music collection. Blown away. Brilliant composition. The album flows uninterrupted. Everything seems to melt away when listening to this album and you become engrossed in the environment of the composition. Highly recommended.

Up lifted my mood. I was laying in bed listening to pandora on my iPhone and this artist came on. This whole week has been stressful and I have been way depressed. I downloaded this whole album and I really am not kidding when I said that this has made my whole week. I love how you can feel the emotion through the arrangements. :-) thanks again

A Bargain at $5.99. Beautiful songs

Wasn't a fan at first. I wasn't a fan at first about this music. Heard it on pandora and immediately loved it!!

5 stars!. I heard Stars and Expressions on Pandora. I had to come and download the album.

Wow. With each song in ‘Porcelain’, Helen Jane Long does what a skilled writer does with a great novel: she paints a story in the mind’s eye and evokes deep emotions. Her song ‘Echo’ in particular, is telling a powerful and clear story.

Thank You Pandora. I was listening to the Classics channel on Pandora the other night while trying to fall asleep when this song came on. I was almost asleep but it just hit me so hard I had to wake up to see what it was. It was Expression. I didn't want the song to end. I've listened to almost all her other songs on this album and I love them all. But so far Expression and Doll are my favorites. As soon as I have the money I will be buying this album. I have her station on Pandora along with a station for three of her songs. So thank you Pandora for opening my eyes up to this artist!

Stop me in my tracks. So I was listen to pandora before I fell asleep and the emotion from this song had me awake and checking to see the name of the artist. Expressions is a beautifully played song.

Love love love. Pandora played a few of her songs from this album for me and I fell in love. Every time I listen I just get swept away by it. Perfect for anytime I need to destress! My most listened to album!

Doll and Echo. Such a joy to hear Ms. Long's music. Thank you for the heart and soul you pour into each piece.

It's ok. This album is very nice to listen to, but extremely repetitive. Almost all the songs are some variation of a VI, IV, I, V progression, and it gets a little old.

Takes you away. I had a internet radio playlist that always play this lovely sound. It was always that white porcelain cover. Just perfect.

Eloquent and Moving. When I first head here on Pandora on my Yiruma playlist I fell in love. Her pieces on this album made me feel at ease and calmed my soul. Love it and enjoy her music.

PORCELAIN BY HELEN JANE LONG. I found this artist on You Tube and proceeded to lose her and her touch and art and mediums of music . Now I have found here again , I have found I can no longer buy this CD on open market new in my area of USA. So now I turn to iTunes as a means of being able to listen to her again and again as I wish to and to feel and see in the music beyond all words ...

This album is amazing. I bought this album for my phone for music 🎶 when I go to bed and for my car rides because I love it that much - plus I only have a CD player in my car. However, I work with kids and during nap time I will play this album for background noise. Everyone at the center I work for loves it SO much that a couple of teachers went and bought the album for their infant classrooms during nap time! Amazing job, it is by far my favorite ❤️

Hijacked. I am fairly certain the melody for "expressions" was stolen from Mason Daring's composition call "spider" from the HBO series " From the Earth to the Moon" even if it is I still enjoyed it.

Some of the most beautiful music. I was laying in my bed, exhausted, when Doll came on. This beautiful story just started being imagined in my mind! These songs have special power to them, they really do.

Pandora + Sigur Ros = AWESOME!. So, I generally listen to Sirius/XM at nite but decided to go with Sigur Ros on Pandora. Four songs in a row led me to iTunes and I decided to leave a comment here. Like others have mentioned, this is the sound of what I hope heaven's soundtrack will be. I'd rather not see another day than to miss even a second of sound. -RCJG

Helen Jane Long. I came across this on Pandora (yo yo ma radio) & it is absolutely lovely! I cannot wait to have this peaceful music to unwind with. Gorgeous stuff.

Worth it. If you are skeptical on purchasing this album, don't be it is worth every set from beginning to end. 

Expression brings me to tears. I never thought that music without words could say so much (I enjoy classical, but am usually a top 40's kind of girl). I heard Expression on Pandora and immediately felt warm inside. This music brings you to peace, absolutely breathtaking.

Helen Jane Long: Smooth as silk.... If Nat King Cole did an instrumental, this would be it. Ms Long produces a sound you can't argue with; in fact, you can't argue while she is playing, and after it stops you will be argue proof for a period of roughly 2 hours.

Pure beauty. I came across Helen Jane Long's Expression on Pandora. When the song came on it stopped me in my steps and demanded my attention, heart and soul. Such a beautiful song. It almost brought tears to my eyes. I thought I'd check out her whole album, Porcelain. I loved it. She does an amazing job breaking away the everyday drag and numbness and awakens all your senses. Her conviction will leave you speechless . All i can say is you must hear it for yourself. Amazing!

Wow.. It's so calming. With 5 shows coming up I use this music to calm down and get into character!!! It's beautiful!!

Peaceful Bliss. I purchased 2 songs. I listened to them and I knew I had to have the entire album. That is rare for me, as I like to graze, but this music is not grazing material. I feel like it fully supports my zen and fills me entirely with a peace and bliss that makes me want to smile ear to ear. Everyone needs this album to enrich their soul and fill their mind with nurturing thoughts. I am thankful for finding this artist. This CD will get a lot of play time. Wonderful to listen to as you read or surf the net. You will find yourself much more productive.

Inspiration. As I sit here listening to Poclean, I feel as if life, this beautiful mystery, is unfolding around me. These notes move me to tears and stir in me longing, sorrow, hope, desperation, and a dream. Her notes encapsulate and exemplify a wealth of emotional experiences. Beautiful & Soothing. This is an absolutely beautiful album by Helen Jane Long. Her pieces are so moving and emotive. The moment I play this album I feel any stresses of the day just melt away and calm and balance is restored. Her music soothes the soul and is so uplifting. I just love this album and I've now got all her albums which just get better and better. I highly recommend this album for peace & serenity!
