"How Can I Keep From Singing" by Enya from the abum Shepher Moons. This is a hauntingly beautiful song by Enya. I will probably get the whole album, and more songs that she's done.

I love Enya!. Enya is an amazing artist; her voice is angelic and her songs are a nice break from todays rap. Ew. Anyway, my L.A. Teacher plays Enya albums during class, and when working, I began to love her music. So, now I have this album and I will be getting march of the celts soon. This purchase is definitely worth it! Enya rocks! ☆〜(ゝ。∂)

Ethereal. The above says it all. She's individual and wonderful. <3

Divinity <3. As always Enya sends you to the deepest forest, mountain, lake, or desert of your soul and soothes it over with warm water. I HIGHLY recommend this cd. It will sends shivers down your spine. This album is a statement of beauty in its perfect form and will always have a place in my life.

Sweet Nostalgia. I grew up with enya. My mom would play it for me and my sister every single night to fall asleep and I'll never become sick of her music. I love carribean blue, it's so whimsical and surreal, it always takes me to another world. And Smaiote is simply beautiful, like you're in heaven. All of her music is so heavenly and completely gorgeus! Smaiote!

Very soft and relaxing. I love to hear Enya when I have a lot of stress especially at work, close you room turn off the light and use candles and listen to Enya, perfect for stress, believe me, love her.

Quintessential Enya. From "Caribbean Blue" to "Book of Days" to "Lothlórien," this album (along with her previous album, Watermark) demonstrate the amazing talent that Enya has, since she plays most of the instruments heard (except where noted) and does all of the vocal work. I originally bought the CD after hearing "Caribbean Blue" played over a store's music system and have been extremely satisfied with it ever since. Several of the songs from this album have been heard in other places. "Caribbean Blue" was popular on Top 40 stations for a while, "Book of Days" was heard in the Tom Cruise/Nicole Kidman movie, "Far and Away" and "Shepherd Moons" was used in an IMAX movie at the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum (and I shall always visualize astronauts spacewalking when I hear it). The only complaint I might have about the iTunes release of this album is that the Anglicized version of "Book of Days" is included (which was rereleased in conjunction with "Far and Away"), instead of the original Gaelic version. (I'm glad I bought the CD when I did because it seems to be exceedingly difficult to find the Gaelic version of that song these days.)

Shepherd Moons. Smaoinim. Do I need to say more? What a beautiful album from start to finish.

I feel young again.. Well, not that I am still young. But while looking at some of Enya's tracks, I couldn't help but review all the albums to find where it began for me. Enya's "Shepherd Moons" is easily the most nostalgic track/album for me, if only because I was too young to grow up with Watermark and her older albums. The main point to this is that no matter how old you are, as others have written here, Enya's songs always stick inside your mind. When you hear any of her albums years, if not decades later, you fondly remember how sublime and pleasant it was, and you feel younger.

ethereal. If I had to choose one word to describe Enya, it would have be ethereal.

A notable mark in Enya's career. Shepherd Moons has to be her breakthrough album. It is spectacular! There has not been one occasion where I didn't fight back tears listening to this album. Yes, it is THAT gorgeous. Haunting and beautifully composed, Enya paints a nostalgically peaceful healing landscape (as she has always done in the past). It is a must have for any wounded soul in need. A wonderful masterpiece and a true mark in a brilliant artist's career!

Shepherd Moons. Shepherd moons is one of the most polished albums that Enya has produced. The music is lyrical and heart felt and the layered vocals in the background have a deep sensual quality to them. Though this is one of her earliest albums she hit her stride at once. She is true to her music in each of her outings, thankfully she hits the mark on this one as well.

at the risk of sounding sappy. I believe Enya is my Soul Mate . . . . .

I LOVE ENYA. I love her so much her music is so great!!

I love her music her music is so good. Awesome I love it

Enya. Enya is a wonderful singer. I own this album, and simpley love it. Enya is a great artist and I highly recommend her.

great album. if you like enya's music then you will enjoy mine. search me in. "danny pravder"

Pure Relaxation and Peace. This music is so peaceful and soft. I fall asleep to it all the time and I repeat the first two songs (the only ones I have) a number of times to help me sleep. As someone else mentioned, it takes you to a whole new place and you are away from your troubles for a few minutes. It's like your own secret spot. I have many troubles and this music seems to lift them and carry them far away. Love it. When I was at my school a few years ago, my teacher played this music all the time. I loved it, and later purchased the first two songs. I played it for another student and she purchased them too. Shepherd Moons is so beautiful. I will always be a big fan of these songs and the songs as well. Thank you all for reading this. I'd give it 99999 stars if I could. Everyone should listen to this. Bye for now and happy listening

Soothing. The songs kind of sound the same, but they are great songs to fall asleep to. They are very soothing and easy to listen to. Enya does some great work.

One of the original best of Enya. One of my favorite CD's from Enya. She is so amazing, these songs bring me back very sweet memories.

Two versions to Book of Days. The version that came out before Far and Away didn't have any English in it, certainly none that was recognizeable. But the version downloadable from here it the mangled version with English to fit the movie.

YES!. Basically, I'd like to be buried with this album. It's amazingly beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone who truly enjoys music.

Beautiful!. I visited San Diego recently, and while I was in a little art gallery/shop with my mom, I commented that the music on the CD player was very soothing. The artist said it was Enya. I had heard of her, but didn't know her music that well. I wondered if it could relax me and help me sleep (I have terrible anxiety that gets worse at night). After coming back home, my mom said she had found an Enya CD among her collection. It was this one, Shepherd Moons! I've been playing it the last few nights, and it really is calming. Falling asleep to this album feels like being enveloped in a cozy cocoon. I especially love Caribbean Blue and How Do I Keep On Singing?

Enya. When I bought the Lord of the Rings: the Fellowship of the Ring soundtrack, I loved Aniron and May it be. Those were the first songs I had ever heard of Enya. So, one day as I was in the basement, I noticed a pile of my parents' old 70's and 80's Cds. I looked through a few of them, and then I saw this CD. "Enya: Shepherd Moons." I remembered the LOTR music, so I took the CD with me when I left the basement. I gave it a try. I put it onto my iPod, and played it. I was amazed! It had a distinct 80's sound, but not in a bad way. It was so peaceful, and beautiful, and yet exciting and fun. So, now I listen to it during the day, and I play it at night while I go to sleep. I love Enya, even though I'm only a teen! This is a great album!!!!! (I even learned how to play a few of them on the piano) Lothlorien and book of days are my favorites. I recommend this album to everybody and anybody!!!! : )

beautiful. her music is so beautiful that i have gotten almost all of her albums.the way the music fits together creates beutiful haunting melody.i used to hate all music but after i discovered enya i immeadiately liked it.the way she sings is amazing and so are her albums.the song caribean blue is just amazing.

Amazing. Beutifull. I'm only 13 but this song rocks. I have been looking for the name for a while because I saw it on a Patrick Roy video. Who Is the best ever. Buy this.

Enya Lives. Bliss

Lovely CD. This is the one I knew and loved....before Lenee' . It screams to me of my own true celtic roots....like Lorena McKennit. But at the end of the day....Enya, at least at the time, sybolized her to me, the "her" before me and after me. I can listen painlessly to Enya today....unlike...Bercuese. In my mind I can hear Enya playing from the taupe ceilings of the Tower.

I Love Enya!. I've listened to three of her albums and Orinoco Flow, but not this one before. Has anyone noticed that Shepherd Moons sounds a lot like A Day Without Rain? Sometimes that happens with her music. Anyway, her music is my favorite!

Unbelivable!. This is one of her best albums.

A Masterpiece. This album is one of my all-time favorites. It's also one of Enya's best (between Shepherd Moons and Watermark, it's hard to pick). This is a must-have for anyone who like Irish, vocal, or peaceful music.

Thank you enya. We buried our brother today. The Chaplain played How Can I Keep From Singing. After hearing that song, I had purchase it, along with the whole album. The meaning has restored my faith in our Lord. Even though she didn't write the original lyrics, I want to say thank you for the publication of this song. God bless you.

I love Enya's music💗. This is one of my favorite artists in the whole world and I listen to Enya's music so much!!!

CARIBBEAN BLUE. what an amazerful song im addicted to it i wish i had the cd im in love with it. it reminds me of the happy times of last year

Caribbean Blue. This song is very mesmerizing. It takes you away on a fantastic voyage to paradise, where you can literally loose yourself for a few minutes. Just listen, and you too will take flight.

❄️. NIL SATIS NISI OPTIMUM

THE Shepherd Moons. I think this is a great album, it comes after the album Watermark. It is a great album to buy if you you even like 1 song on it. Because i guarantee that you find more than Book Of Days And Caribbean Blue. If you Even really like This Album then i suggest you buy the video Moon Shadows, its a video with 5 of enyas famous singles including Orinoco Flow, Exile, Evening Falls,Storms in Africa II, and Caribean Blue. This is a gr8 Album to get and if you like enya- then youll like the album.

greatest enya ever. this album brings so many amazing memories. I LOVE U ENYA!!

Enya Forever!. Her voice is so amazing! In my old house when I was really little, my parents played her music all the time. I grew up loving Enya, and I'm also half Irish. It's really fun to learn about the Celtic language, and I've actually learned how to sing some of her Celtic songs. Enya should keep singing 'till the day she dies! As long as she keeps coming out with more songs, I'll keep adding them to my iPod!

Angel music. She is by far one of my favorite singers. A crystal clear voice that takes u floating on clouds. I have to listen to track #4 at least a couple of times a day. Definitely my fave song of hers. Unfortunately it isn't long enuf.

The BEST Enya album!. I read one of the reviews for this CD that mentioned listening to it with the lights out and candles lit and was instantly transported to doing just that many years ago. It remains one of the most peaceful memories I have of an “unpeaceful” time in my life. For sheer relaxation, this is Enya’s BEST album…her voice is exquisite, and the smoothness of the music is the perfect compliment. The album also contains the highest ratio of tracks I truly LOVE of any of her albums, highlighted by the chillingly beautiful “Smaointe”, the gorgeous “Marble Halls” and the sublime instrumentals “Shepherd Moons” and “No Holly For Miss Quinn”. If you want to start listening to Enya, start with “Shepherd Moons”. For beautiful, relaxing music, this is a “must have” album!

Enya. Just like you sportychic(k). I grew up with my mom playing this album through the house constently. I love it. It brings such good memories to me. It also brings me such a sense of peace. It totally relaxes me

Who wouldn't like Enya?. Listened since I was I don't know 6 months old and i got to say nothing matches close to this...I listen to owl city port blue Windsor airlift and Enya and she blows them both out of the water!!!

Amazingly beautiful. The most peaceful music I've ever heard. Instant serenity.

Amazing. Remarkable
