Taste The Nectar. Since I saw Bassnectar live I understand what its all about. Its freeing a primal instinct from a hidden place inside of us. Our days are spent pent up and contained but giving us a means to jump is what Bassnectar achieves successfully. If you want to experience a sense of freedom from a realm of confinement take a listen to what Bass is spinning, because he's spinning more that just music here. Its vibration.

Ugh. Just...no.. Why would anyone do this? The whole album is just every electronic genre with a breakbeat in it smashed together with all the interesting parts of the originals taken out. Dubstep without the atmosphere or sense of "heaviness" (bass alone does not make a song heavy.) Breaks with all the fun and party atmosphere sucked out of it. Drum n bass with all the energy sapped out of it. Breakcore/glitch without the hyperkinetic chops and alien groove. Garage without a soul, and hip hop without a message or flow. The producer in me wants to start whining about the fact that the drum sounds are constantly being used over and over again (without even the undeniable energy of the breaks classic hardcore sampled), but I know the average listener doesn't care. Then again, the average listener probably doesn't care less about the fact that the music is a soulless mess. If pop charts are anything to believe, soulless mess is very "in" and has been for some time. If you're an actual fan of dubstep, hip hop, dnb, garage, hardcore/breakcore, or breaks, just leave this trainwreck be. Hopefully the people constantly handing out 5 stars will move on to more interesting music.

Wow. Once I listened to track 3 "Bomb Tha Blocks" preview-- I was hooked

Dope new sounds from Bassnectar.... Lovin these fresh vibes so much. I remember SC 98-01, and yes this DJ changed my life...these tracks shine. tha Bee Bop is off the hook, as is the Projectile remix...lovely...///Bassnectar creates a gorgeous, sky-high, sprawling beat-chemical groove that gets right down into you...so deeply...:)

Awesome!. All great songs!

(:. God....

Wheres the other albums????????????????. his new stuff is good but weres Mesmerizing the Ultra?? and Motions of Mutation, freakbeat for the beatfreaks and Breakbeat Bohemia???? those are his danker albums

compulsory sensory groove revolution,. Diversity and shaking basslines, a beautiful album .Mad props to Mr Bassnectar for giving so much passion to what he does.

Pure Genius!!. Hands down, one of the best EDM albums i'll ever own, Period!! Lorin AKA Bassnectar creates music that can take hold of your senses and captivate you in a way that most can only dream of. Think hip hop meets wobbling drum and bass, add a dash of glitch, and a heaping serving of throbing bass and you have an idea of what Bassnectar is about. Cop this album but get it from his or OM's website cause itunes is still incapable of downloading the songs in the proper order they are supposed to be in.

body movin. WOW!!! I love these guys so much. This album is introucing a fresh spin on electronic music and I live in northern cali and I have to say, this album is bringing some phat organic sounds.

Awesome. Really ill

LOVE THIS GROUP!!!. Great album i discovered from Krinkels [krinkels.net] My personal favorite is Carried Away. I suggest you check it out

Where is blow?. Why is blow not on iTunes and if it is what album because I thought it was this one?

Blows your mind!. Vicous beats I wasn't expecting! Never a dull moment on this album!!!

DANG. I feel like I've discovered jesus for the first time. They rock.

Rocked My Face Off. This album had me from track one to the end. Every song has a unique feel to it and I strongly recommend this album to Bassnectar fans and music listeners alike. My favorite songs are "Kyrian Bee Bop" and "Carried Away" as well as the rest of the album... Haha! Buy it! Support Bassnectar!!!

wakarusa? bassnectar? i think yes.. I never knew much about Bassnectar until I saw him play at Wakarusa this past summer in Arkansas. It was a mind blowing experience. The tents, the lights, the sounds. Everything was perfect. This one experience has made me a HUGE fan and makes me wonder why I never looked into him in the past. Check out Bassnectar at Wakarusa 2011!!!!

'Bomb the Blocks' and 'Yo' are Must Haves!!!. This is a slamming return to form for Om, and a killer album from one of the freshest talents on the West Coast!

Better and better. Loren just keeps getting better and better. This album has more of a hip hop feel than his previous albums. The flow is fantastic. It's probably more accessible than his previous albums. Positive messages, as always. And bombin' bass that reverberates through the body. Five stars all the way!

Oh sweet nectar!. OH YES! Thank U B!

fawkn rawkus!. I love this album, eating it right up, I was amazed to see every reviewer gave it 5 stars... but now I know! this album rocks

WOWWWWWW. This album blew my iPod Hi-Fi to smithereens

Best stuff to. Smoke to but i wouldn't know because Marijuana is an illegal drug that deteriorates the mind's of the innocent and breaks down our society institution by insitution HA! riiiiight

The bees knees. Lorin did it again. This album really does bomb the blocks with catchy-wobbley- driving basslines, trippy sounscapes, and very dancabable beats. If you ever get to see the spectacle that is bassnectar live, i highly advise. Spread it, live it, love it

Right On Loren. This dude is one my main highlights every year that I go to Burning Man. This album kicks!

ReRnagED. I think my circuits were rewired. Sick album! Just might have to get a new ghetto blaster.

Love it!. This album makes a b-boy happy!

Best Album of 2007. I've been a fan of Bassnectar (aka DJ Lorin) for a while...his Buring Man sets are legendary. But I was blown away by this album. It's is INCREDIBLE! A completely unique direction in music. This is a landmark album!!!

MindBlowingFreqBeatz (instant classic!!!). Om has another winner in the vaults now with this new release from dj Lorin and Friends. "Underground Communication" is chock full-o-chunky beats and deliciously creepy basslines but the thing I like about this record the best is how it feels and sounds like its birthplace, San Francisco - all dirty and beautiful at the same time. And this kid Lorin, live, is sick. If you have a chance to see the chaos at a club near you I advise, run don't walk. Hear me? Buy it, Enjoy it, Spread it.....

Sick Album. Simply put, Bassnectar has set the standard for electronic
