If you don't want to buy the individual albums. You should probably start with Remain In Light, but this compilation has some great stuff. Also, the slightly weaker albums of their later career are represented with their awesome songs. It's great to hear the progression of the band as they aged, and the compilation as a whole is mostly well chosen. Amazing band, generally decent selection, makes a great compilation.

LOVE THIS SONG. Yes !!

Road to Nowhere. Any album with Road to Nowhere is awesome, that is one of my all-time favourite songs, a must have for any Talking Heads fan and for anyone who respects a good song. Seriously though, the rest of the album is very good, covers some of the band's best work, if you've heard one of their songs on the radio and enjoyed it I can guarrantee that you'll enjoy this. It's a great album that all Talkings Heads fans like myself should have or at least have most of. I highly recommend it.

One Bad Son Psycho Killer. One Bad Son Psycho Killer is better

Yikes. This missed the mark, as most "best of" albums do. Really fails to include the more experimental side of Talking Heads, which is what sets them apart from other groups.

Best 3 Star CD. This CD is really for people who dont want to go through all the collecting of a band. It covers all the great songs of pretty much all the CDs and gives you a good overview of their style of music. Some of the songs are very popular, and some might just be popular to your ears, but it's a great buy for Rock lovers who are looing for another addition to their collection.

Needs one more tune. Yes, not for die hards who probably have the material already but for those who don't want to listed to the more "outside" Talking Heads track but still hear their stuff. Why Crosseyed and Painless is not on there, though, is beyond me. It's a must have track from Remain in Light. Get it.

:$. I'm not sure what to say about it. Got kinda annoying. I dont know anybody who would LOVE this album.

Cool. Cool

Memories. Simply a time capsule back in time great memories

this is crap. i downloded the album and it cut me off itunes and wont let me downlod it again why is this

talking heads. am i the only one that,s noticed but isn,t there a video missing from this brilliant band.burning down the house, come on itunes i,m sure you can muster up this one.great band remember buying road to nowhere from wh smiths in west yorkshire on 45,never forget the 80,s,the best era yet.

Cool. Their version of Take me to the river is my favourite song of all time. White guys were never meant to be this soulful. Perfect.

opinion. Just wonderful!

Talking heads review. An amazing collection of tracks by a collection of amazing musicians. It is a must have introductory to a very fine band.

brilliant, but.... Great collection of songs from a classic band but where are the first 5 (and best) albums on iTunes? you need to here those to fully appreciate this band. I see the USA store has them so hopefully it shouldn't be too long before they arrive here. Anyhoo this collection is definately 5 star (the 4 star rating was for the first 5 albums missing on iTunes). My fave songs are burning down the house, houses in motion, memories can't wait, once in a lifetime, psycho killer and this must be the place

where's Slippery People?. can't believe they would have a greatest hits album and not include it

Legends. I've enjoyed Talking Heads since I was 11 years old, and now, aged 38, I still proudly admit that they are the best band ever to blast my eardrums... My favourite track is This Must Be The Place, the first track I actually heard was Swamp, yet the live version of Crosseyed and Painless on The Stop Making Sense movie is definitely David Byrne's best public performance.. But that's just my opinion! Enjoy them, and remember, the world has music for those who listen... X

twenty years younger. If only I was, should be, why did I miss this band? This is brilliant. Nothing more to say!!

Fargy007. Never dates right up there, with today's sound.
