If you don’t like the guy, and that is certainly understandable for many peoples points of view, don’t listen or look at his music. Otherwise, if you want to contribute to this forum, review the quality of the music. Not the quality of the person. Personally, I enjoy his music and think this is a pretty good song. Amazing song, beautifully sung as only Morgan can. He co-wrote this with Miranda with his Mom in mind, so he released it on Mother’s Day. When I heard Mo’s partial acoustic demo I wasn’t sure about it, tbh, but when I heard the single version it was perfection! So lucky to hear it live last week in Carolina, everyone sang along and it sounded great with just he and Dom on guitar out on the lawn stage. The lyrics are really hearfelt, “losing sleep since ‘93”, which is when he was born, now he’s taken over Country radio. Get used to it!
