Diversity in sound. I’m very pleased with this album. They never disappoint. Diversity in all things and definitely in their sound.

All surface, no substance.. It is nothing you haven’t heard before, I say that because every song is the same and lyrics have been recycled. Super disappointing

I am less interested in their music than.... ...who their ardent listeners are. So many questions, for example: in general, what is country music? Do you feel a green bean casserole is approporate to bring to a pitch in? Would you be insulted if someone said that Dan+Shay is to country music what a green bean casserole is to cuisine?

Not country but good. No country at all here, folks, but if you want a mindless pop, occasionally catchy, album to listen to while working or driving this is all right.

Wanted to like it, wasn’t impressed!. So this is a very talented duo, hands down. Live, they kill it. BUT the pop country vibes they usually have are like now 90% pop 10% country which would be fine if this was marketed pop. I preferred their more country mix tho, & these songs lyrically are boring and cheesy. This album ain’t it, sadly.

Love the music, not country. I love Dan + Shay and their music, including a few in this album, however, it shouldn’t be labeled as country. I almost feel like Dan + Shay should switch to the pop genre if they would continue to go away from the country vibes. Great singer duo and songs, I just wouldn’t place music that’s in the wrong genre.

AMAZING. Is this the most “country” sounding album around? No. But WHO CARES?? 🙄 Shay Mooney has the best voice in all of music today and this album is the perfect representation of his vocal range. The tunes are catchy and every song has a good message behind it. Country music simply does not need more songs about beer, trucks, girls, or small towns. Dan + Shay is a breath of fresh air, and is making the best pop/country music around. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t usually listen to this. Honestly one of the best albums I’ve heard in a while. I randomly picked it up while cleaning, and haven’t put it down. I revisit some of my favorites, but this album is best when you let it play from the start to finish. Outside of people being hurt that it doesn’t sound like “traditional” Country music. I think its def a album you should listen to in 2021. They def got a new fan in me!

I, on the other hand, feel like this is fantastic! Completely on brand with their last 4 years of work. And yes, it has a pop-COUNTRY vibe. Which is fine because many country artists are changing their sound because EVOLUTION of a sound is inevitable. Highly recommend. Great album.

This is 🔥. I have never heard of this group before but I saw it advertised as I was looking at other music on iTunes. I decided to give it a quick listen and OMG this is🔥🔥🔥! I like country music and I really like it when the artist sounds more universal than just country. I immediately downloaded this album and I can’t wait to play it all day. It’s giving me country, R&B, and pop. I love it! I don’t know the name of the singer but somebody on here singing is hitting all the right notes.
