Ive been working with youths from the street scenesof Phoenix and Cinci for a couple decades ... Yes, I'm old. But, I"m a huge music fan of all genres and like going down the rabbit hole of hearing whats new out there . ... Back to this: As someone who works with youths, I will often struggle with the content of much of this genre of music, but try to acknowledge it's conveying stories, culture and youth ... But the talent here in story telling, and raw genuine rapping without overwhelming auto-tunes, makes this, IMO, pretty freaking awesome ... (The youths I work with know that I think auto-tunes is way overdone these days ... sorry) .
