The antithesis of modern pop. Part of modern pop music is having that sterile, overly-produced sound that lacks any real instrumentals or white noise. It is a weird level of perfection that many pop fans have grown accustomed to while being loathed by many audiophiles. So it is a questionable choice to take away the clean sound of produced music and adding in outside variables that ultimately taint the music. With a breathy, inconsistent solo artist (with some guests) and production that is all over the place, this live album feels grossly unnecessary. Where some rock albums benefit from the energy of the crowd and experimentation by the musicians, Ariana Grande instead struggles to keep up with the backing tracks and rarely breaks from the formula. “k bye for now” fails to capture the spirit of what makes a live album great while eschewing the strengths of pop music.

Wow!. When I first listened to this album I instantly fell in love with it. It’s so good and I love her voice, her voice is so good and mind blowing. This is by far my favorite album along with others. I love how she got her fans involved and you can tell it sounded fun too. I felt like I was actually there.

Great!. You can tell that she is not lip syncing her songs like some other singers! This album brings me back to the two shows I went to in Toronto, and I love the feeling of that! I think that she lip syncs some of her courses because she has to dance to them. Most singers do, like little mix (Not shade, I love them!) I know that she did her song “bloodline” during the sweetener tour, but it is not in this album of her songs that she sang on the tour! Yes, I know that it is not in the sweetener album, but she did do Thank u, next, NASA, and break up with your girlfriend, I’m bored. I love this album tho! Keep it up Ari!

breathtakingly beautiful.. there are no words to describe how beautiful this live album is. ariana never disappoints and neither do her vocals. the songs are breathtaking and it feels like being right back at ariana’s concert with her.
