The gritty early years of Tool: the bleating rage screams of Maynard mix with Adam Jones’s early Tool guitar sound; this the definitive Opiate album. It’s not as progressive as their later volumes but the pure metal makes this worth every penny. 🤘

Tool is one of very few bands that I can listen to every track. These guys are musical geniuses. Opiate is a personal favorite but the whole catalogue is flawless. 🤟🏽

Screw pop/hip hop/, screw, country (folk is pretty good to, Mumford and sons for example) but METAL is here to stay. Every thing else BEGONE!!!

Listening to these mediation songs has helped me deal with anger issues, the fact that I hate everyone and it’s all your fault. Just remember that just because you are paranoid, it doesn’t mean that someone isn’t out to getcha. Have a mediocre day and don’t kill your parents... yet.

Bottom Line I dig every single piece of music & Show they do..I always have & do not see that changing anytime soon. They are a perfect band in all facets of they’re sound,& technique.They are true Masters but still seem to have Fun while they Chqnge the sound of Roxk,Metal,Prog.. All of the great things us Musicians love! Not to mention,The show is breathtaking! Whether u care about guitars..Etc. It does Not matter bc U still got to Embark on a Monster Trip w/ Masters in the Class. Congrats all who went & for the poor sods that haven’t yet.Do yourself, Family, Child,& even Parents to See a Tool Show! I have been very lucky w/ 4 just Tool shows. See it now please All!! @jessinicoleb I love prog metal, prog rock & avant-garde but only like the 1st Tool EP Opiate & 1st album Undertow. Never cared for anything after that. Just like I quit listening to Opeth after Damnation & Deliverance, Porcupine Tree was my favorite. Don’t like the last 2 Steven Wilson albums.
