Always Amazing. Can’t believe the political critics! Each song is a typical Streisand gem.

AWFUL JUST AWFUL. After 30 years of loving Barbra this is the first time I hate a cd of hers I wish I can return it.

A fine wine. Not her best BUT she sounds amazing and the message is about love and her cry for our country that’s gone to pot. The one stars are coming from the Trump supporters. Thank GOD there’s still hope for us yet.

A Change of Pace. As a longtime fan, this marks a dramatic change of pace from the many duets albums of late. It is also her most contemporary album since Guilty Pleasures. There is a good mix of new sounds as in Don’t Lie to Me, Walls and The Rain Will Fall that all are a very different feel with EDM and light dance floor beats. There are also some classics including What the World Needs Now and a stunning Take Care of This House. It is one of her best contemporary efforts in a longtime perhaps since Guilty where she sounded energized and relaxed in a new world: here there is a sadness and a tinge of anger that is not often heard on a Streisand record. She wanted to reflect the times and the artist definitely does.

OUTSTANDING. Outstanding on so many levels. Her message, her conviction, her spirit so important at a time like this!!! Beautiful, classic Barbara. Disappointed to see so many ignorant children & Trump supporters writing negative reviews. Typical. Sad. The very people who need to listen. The very people who need to reach beyond their narcissistic, entrenched bubble.

Terrible Music, Terrible Message. Long ago are the days from “Woman in Love.” Now she’s a “woman in hate” drowned in politics...and doing so with poor music.

Best in years.. The entire album is Barbra’s most passionate in many years. Great new songs and Barbra revisits a few classics with her inimitable voice and style. I’ve played this one again and again. The voice continues to thrill.

Trump haters will love it everyone else will hate it. I Listen to music to escape from life’s daily troubles. But all of a sudden BANG! cathartic. I am grateful that there are artists like Ms. Streisand who articulate feelings so many of us have. It helps to hear my anxieties presented as beautiful music.

Politics aside.... Don't listen to the Republicans, I mean critics. I gave up politics at the same time I said goodbye to organized religion. You should try it, you might feel better. As for the music, this isn't something I would typically listen to, but as I do, it reminds me of watching Streisand movies with my parents as a kid. The quality is definitely there if you leave your politics at the door. Very good.

Barbra is the greatest singer of all time. This album is a treasure! The song DON'T LIE TO ME speaks for many of us. The other songs also express the words that we are all thinking. This album was done with class and respect! I never tire of Barbra Streisand....the QUEEN of all music!

Political Crap. Too bad she has to waste her talent on this political BS.

Emotion: despair, love of country and hope. I love that Ms. Streisand uses music to express her emotions, her sadness, her anger and yet her love of this country and the hope to come. Yes, it is a political statement but it is also a human one. These songs speaks for me, a patriot but a Mom and teacher of young children who struggles to reassure children that we will be ok.

Streisand!. Absolutely brilliant! At 76 years old she is still incomparable! The greatest female voice in contemporary music history!

Consistently Brilliant Barbra. How does a voice get better? I think her touring in the past ten years may have damaged her chords but with a couple years' rest, her voice is back in amazing shape. She's been political since 1964 and no one should be surprised that she sings about it this time. I love that she cowrote three of the best songs. She makes Imagine/What A Wonderful World and What The World Needs Now sound brand new. She's a national treasure and whether or not this album sells well, I'm happy she made it. Add yet another brilliant Streisand performance to her already peerless music catalog.

So Sad!. Barbra was a great legend, but when she gets political she imitates the exact reason why the country went red. Stick to just good music, not politics!

Brilliant. Honest, stunning, & well...brilliant. Those of us with ears to hear and minds still able to function clearly, see this for what it is: a Masterpiece. Style AND Substance is an unbeatable combination. If you are honest & still have a conscience, you will hear Ms. Streisand's genius shining through.

I fell asleep. My wife and I are in our 80s. We bought this thinking it would be like the 1970s Babs we all loved. She is our generation’s Minnie Pearl. Yikes, we were wrong. However, we use it to baby sit our dog now who howls when it plays. It’s funny. Here’s an idea: Babs, it’s time, honey. Hang it up. We are all old. Stop embarrassing yourself and give your money to the poor and serve others.

Very Happy For You Ms. Streisand..... Singing is a gift and you are the ultimate professional. If you're proud of this album, so am I. It is so nice to hear you singing again. You are an ICON. I can't help to chime in on the negative comments written here. Unnesscary!! If you don't like it don't listen. Those of you that are looking for hater fame should be shame. Take your "one star" and pin it on your forehead.

No good. I'm not a fan but certainly recognize her talent. But please, a song made up entirely of trite cliches, sung in a voice, that I assume was mean to convey feeling, that sounds like she has just been medicated for a nervous breakedown, is not good music. Please Hollywood, can we stop trying to be so "woke" and get back to actually producing some art?

WOW!!. I have grown up with Barbra Streisand and never tire of hearing her incredible voice! She sings Don’t Lie to Me in carpool karaoke and that sent me to her new album. Thanks James Corden!! Fabulous as ever.

Great addition to her vast catalogue. When I first heard the lead track, "Don't Lie To Me" and the announcment of the album "Walls," I was concerned that the entire album would have a politcal tone. However, what I found was that while some of the songs pertain directly to our current administration with the likes of "What's On My Mind," "The Rain Will Fall," and the lead track, if you listen to the lyrics, the song can pertain to ANY relationship, governed or otherwise. A strong example is the track, "Walls." To some extent I do agree that arts/entertainment and politics don't necessarily mix, but this particular celebrity is also an American and has the right to use any platform needed to convey her thoughts as our Constitution allows. The album "Walls" is a great edition to her vast catalogue. Her voice never sounded better or clearer. While some reviews of the album state that Barbra should retire, I have to wonder if they were listening to the same album I was? Clearly this, and like any artist, has a lot to say. Give it a listen. You won't regret it.

It's consistently good. I don't understand all of the negative reviews; Streisand could go head-to-head with almost any popstar of today and win in a singing contest right off the bat. It's nice to hear some original songs from her too – "Don't Lie to Me" has the strength of Cher's comeback "Believe" from '98.

A message beyond Trump...all politicians and us. This is a call for US to take control. GOP, DEM, Indie. One of the best albums MS B did as she put her heart in this. Her voice sounds great. I do love the little rasps in it now. She is an artist.

Classic artistry with a positive message. Ignore the one-star reviews by Trump supporters who listened to one song. The album is a beautiful success. Balanced, varied selection of original songs and classics, with a curated theme of confronting the divisive, hateful politics infecting our world today. "Take Care of This House," (from Bernstein's"1600 Pennsylvania Avenue") is the highlight, both musically exquisite and thematically on point.

Impressed. I must say, I am totally impressed with the Photoshop work done on Ms. Streisands' album cover photo. Making the 76 year old diva ,who in person looks every bit her age,look in her twenties is quite a feat and must have been an incredible challenge. As to her singing, unfortunately, the recording studio techs are not as adept as their Photoshop counterparts. Ms. Streisand sounds like the 76 going on 77 year old individual she is. As to the songs ,tortured lirics aimed at delivering a political message. But I respect her decision to use her instrument to deliver her political views, even if I am not in agreement; that is her right and as a senior citizen she certainly has earned it.

Bobby Bee on 'Walls'. First of all you can't go wrong w/a Streisand purchase! One of the GREATEST voices of our time (along w/ Aretha, Whitney,Celine, - I'm talking "Once-in-a- lifetime" voices.. I'm only purchasing a couple of tracks to start, not the whole albulm (maybe later) but It's Barbra, INVEST!

Best of Barbra in years!. Just AMAZING, her voice is as gorgeous as ever, and with such depth. Love The Rain Will Fall the most.

Smart, Divine and Truthful. As she always has before, Barbara continues to Putnam collective heart and thoughts on the wings of spring melody, you can’t help but feel the pain, the fear for the future and most of all the LOVE. Her love of country, people, truth. I don’t understand why providing a review requires a person to list all the box labels they fit into? How could anyone not agree that this is a shining beacon of exactly what the political machine has been driving everyone towards for years now...be afraid, but to before you buy the duck tape and plastic to cover your windows. This is an artists response to that fear monger activity, and it is heart wrenching and revealing of the daily inner turmoil. If you aren’t sure use that handy preview feature instead of complaining about spending the money you won’t get back. Listen to the lyrics, she is the siren of peace, diva of love, the voice of unity, it IS what the world needs now.

A real treasure. This album made me cry. It is a soulful representation of the times we are living and the need to come back to sanity and conscientious behavior. May the message help us start healing and moving forward as a united nation. Barbra you have shown the way and I thank you. Your voice is beautiful and you are a classy lady. Thank you again.

An artistic genious. Your music speaks to my Better Angels but it also touches a nerve. There is a message, beware of of some of our polititions, are they sincier, can you really trust them? Will they really manage our goverment responsably and look out for our Country's well being & safety. They say we can trust them because they are successful buisnessmen & women. They have all the answers. Recently Donald Trump got cought cheating and lying and whar did his official say? "We should just get over it, this is hoe deals are made. Wake up people, wake up & smell the coffee because it is boiling over and making quite a mess on the stove. They have lied to us and think we are really stupid. They abused their office & apparently we let them. Our country is experiencing a clash of cultures. Rich & poor, the haves and the have nots. Conservative & Liberal. God help us. This latest bunch of clowns running Washington right now should be traveling with a carnival selling hair tonic & weight loss products. They ar the "WHITE COLLAR MOB". They put on their best Sunday Suits and stick a bible under their arm to give us the impression that they are honest, Sunday Church going, Conservitive Christians who love the good word.Clever Con Artists who are going to make this country great agian. FABULOUSLY BEAUTIFUL!!. This album, in response to our world today, in a time of such chaos, still shows the deep feelings of Barbra Streisand’s soul. It is a must have! Her music has always reflected deep feelings, and her style is hers alone, and her talent always impresses. I have been a fan for over 40 years, and when young, I trained and modeled my voice after hers. May her beautiful voice, and what she has to tell the world, never ever be silenced! Just what we need.... Wow, I thought I had my own political opinions, but Barbra Streisand has used music to force me to hate the things she wants me to hate. I'm really glad Barbra was around, otherwise I might still think I had my own opinions.

A huge dose of sanity for living in insane times. Who better than Barbra Streisand to take on the most unpopular president ever and the extremism of the times that leads Trump's mindless, lap dog followers to willingly accept obvious falsehoods? Someone of the stature of a Barbra Streisand or a Neil Young is called for to show that the Emperor is Wearing No Clothes. As you listen closer, Streisand is giving us messages of hope (while our country is falling apart amidst so much incompetence and gross ignorance). As an artist, her songs are inspired, her voice remains incredible and the maturity of her craft a beauty to behold. Thank you for this dose of sanity.

I wanted to like it.. Barbra Streisand has put out some classic songs. She had a beautiful voice. But this album is dull. Not one good song in the lot. She spent so much time on her political message, which is fine, that she forgot to make good music. I can't wait for her next album. I'm sure it will be good. Just not this time.

However, she still has a lot to say and she sure does tell it in her new album, “Walls”. Her voice has never sounded better, almost like 80’s and 90’s Streisand. As the only artist in recording history with Top Albums in six different decades, I am sure she is on her way to #7. She is as powerful, as beloved, as extraordinary as she has always been. Barbra Streisand is a legend, an artist of such exceptional caliber that time has no effect on what she has to say or how she will say it. A trailblazer from the start, she has shown the world time and time again that she has something to say and will not let anything (or anyone) get in the way of her right to say it. Disappointed. So disappointed that my favorite female singer has recorded an album about hating the POTUS. I don't care for any of the songs and will enjoy the great music from her past and remember the "Way She Was".

Barbra's Best In Years. Just gave the entire album a first listen. This powerful collection of songs is Barbra's best album in years (since "What Matters Most")! Highlights include What's On My Mind, What The World Needs Now, Better Angels, Love's Never Wrong, The Rain Will Fall and Take Care Of This House. However, this album could do without Imagine/What A Wonderful World (they are both such over-done and over-covered tracks). Overall 9.5/10!!!!!

Based on one song....5 stars. “Don’t lie to me” should be an anthem, a rallying call to end the present madness.

Trump got to her.. Artists that feel the need to comment on political changes are making very cringe worthy music at the moment. This isn’t powerful like a political Bob Dylan or Marley song, rather a poor attempt at using anger mixed with voice synthesizers. Entitled Barbra didn’t quite hit it with this.
