new sound...leaves me cold. Very disappointing. If this is their new sound, they should have stuck with what worked for them. Draggy and odd choices. As the saying goes..."if it ain't broke....

Another great album. This band absolutely speaks to my soul. ❤️ There are so many songs they have written that I feel like tell the story of a huge milestone in my life (like “Roll with the punches” when I recently went through a divorce). I agree with another review that said this is the best band you’ve never heard of. I do my best to introduce them to new people whenever I have the opportunity.

Why won’t you go away. You are the most pretentious band I’ve heard. Barely competent on your instruments yet your lyrics are so cliche. Boring boring boring. Nothing redeeming about this bands entire bland catalogue. Move along please.

Something To SAY! by Mr.T. The Passwords is GO DEEP, DAWES covers something for anyone who dares to self reflect. The sound and lyrics are infectious. There is something hear for everyone who appreciates the offerings. and Surely by the time you finish listening Passwords will hook you. 1 good song?. Like Snow Patrol's latest album Wildness, I thought Dawes had finally grown up after hearing Living in the Future. Now after previewing the rest of the album I can say Dawes' status quo boring style remains. You guys steered bravely into new territory for a second then fully embraced the schlock of your past. Maybe next time they'll grow up. An album full of drippy loves songs makes this a pass from me tho I might spring for the single track, Living in the Future in hopes they see it as a signal to mature musically.

Dawes never fails to deliver. I’m 38, a musician and a songwriter. Since I’ve gotten older it’s rare that I’m inspired by new bands and albums. But Dawes is one of these that does this with every new album they release and this is one of them.

Artistic Arrows. The words we speak should always be chosen carefully and The lyrics of this album are a superb example of what can be accomplished when the proper choices are made.

Puts a smile on my face.. Been listening to Dawes and goin to shows for years. I LOVE the addition of this album to their musical journey. Solid from beginning to end.

Slow & Boring. Feed the Fire and Telescope are ok.

Peeling back the layers. Telescope is a bomb track. The best in my opinion. This album needs to rollover your tongue for a while. Unwind, peel a few layers back and enjoy everything you ever enjoyed about Dawes. One of the greatest pure classic rock and roll bands to come around in a while.
