snow patrol rocks!!!. I don’t know why I’m so late in listening this album but better late than never... what a gem! also if you have the opportunity to see them live, do it! Even if you are not a huge fan you won’t be disappointed... these guys are amazing live and Gary is such humble and brilliant frontman 💕❄️

Forever. It as been forever since we had music but it look like the wait was worth it. I CAN NOT stop listening to “Don’t give in” and looking for the rest of the album with eagerness

Superb. Snow Patrol is back, and as good as they've ever been. This album is eqaul parts thrilling, moving and surprising. I utterly love more than half the songs, and the rest are sure to be growers. Highlights are Life on Earth, Heal Me, A Dark Switch (so cool!!!), Youth Written in Fire, and Life and Death.

Awesomeness!. This is a fantastic album. It's been 7 years since Snow Patrol's last release but it was worth the wait. The words, musicality, and Lightbody's vocal resonates in every song. There is true feelings being put on a pedestal here. Disclaimer: I did not buy Wildness via iTunes. I ended up buying the Hi-Res 24-Bit format elsewhere and ordered the back-ordered copy on CD for my physical library collection. Apple "Mastered For iTunes" need to start offering better than 256kbps formats. However, if you don't have the means of playing Hi-Res and are here reading reviews, do not hesitate and buy this album NOW! Potentially Album of the Year in my book.

Back to their best!. First listen, I thought it was kind of OK, second listen, yes, OK, it’s good, better than much they have released in recent years but on the third listen; Ok, I get it. It’s great, seriously great. Signed off as a lifelong listener of Snow Patrol.

OMG Unbelievable!. Wow, this album is just phenomenal. I have every album Snow Patrol have done & they are all outstanding but to me this is the best by far, impossible to skip any track as they’re all belters!!! It’s pretty much been on repeat for 2 years!! Life on Earth is just the most glorious piece of music I’ve heard!!! Gary truly is a musical genius!!! Just buy this album you will not regret it!

What a comeback. This is up there with the two great mid-2000s albums. At least four or five world class tracks that take Gary and his band back into the Premier League. I doubt there will be a better album in 2018.

Some cracking tracks on here. May be a bit of a slow burner for some, but there are some classic Snow Patrol tracks on here, Life on Earth, Dont Give In, and What if this is all the love youll ever get are particular favs of mine along with their excellent alternative versions.

Wonderful From Start To Finish. Wildness is a great release from Snow Patrol and it’s well deserved of a 5 star rating. Beautifully crafted songs with heartfelt lyrics. The added alternate versions in the deluxe edition make this extra special. It’s really worth getting those extra tracks too, the alternate tracks give a different feel to already outstanding songs and make this such a valuable listen.

Grower. Not sure about this at first. Three listens in and I love it. The YouTube preview of Life on Earth is simply breathtaking......

OMG. Gary and the lads prove once again a certain rare and eloquent skill in perfecting their aural vision. This is a concise effort of enigmatic and emotional crowd pleasers of immense quality! The songwriting is perfect. The tunes are engaging, pumping and addictive to the max. The production is beyond anything Jacknife has previously applied his talents to. A sure-fire winner and simply their best album since 'Final Straw' A gargantuan, statuesque return of utter brilliance! Get over it Mr Lightbody! Don't doubt yourself EVER again, lad!

Wish it was more like their old stuff. I have to start by saying that, by far, my favourite Snow Patrol albums are the first two. They’ve been ok but fairly bland since then. This new album continues to sound fairly samey with two songs that channel some of their old stuff - ‘A Dark Switch’ and ‘Wild Horses’. There are other ‘nice’ songs such as ‘What if this is all the love you ever get?’ and ‘Life On Earth’ but these are pretty much paint-by-numbers Snow Patrol songs. A good album, but not memorable.

Gary’s vocals are amazing. The bonus tracks are right up there!

Exceptional. Real slow burner after listening a few times I started to realise it’s just an album with so much quality. Love ‘Soon’. Great return.

Wow, this is just exceptional. I was a bit worried about this when I preordered it, but it is just amazing, how they haven’t conquered stadiums yet is beyond me, my favourites so far are Empress, Life And Death, Heal Me, Life On Earth, and A Youth Written In Fire. Life and Death is just exceptional, it could easily be an old Radiohead song, and I think its their version of Coldplay’s Fix You, if you are a bit worried about picking this up, it is stunning.

Anticipation. It seems like yesterday that SnowPatrol released Fallen Empires, I had almost given up hope of hearing more from them. And by chance I see the release of Wildness. And it doesn't dissapoint. Gutwrenchingly heartfelt at times, with an array of different vocals, at times it sounds like someone else singing. I love it even more, each time I listen.

Now we’re suckin diesel!!!. Brilliant so it is! Roll on Ward Park

Spectacular. The first album I’ve ever pre ordered but given I’m currently sitting on a cliff top in turkey I needed to be ahead of the game. So...forever more I will remember this holiday by the sound track that accompanies it. A perfect album. I love it. I’ve followed Snow Patrol for years and by far my favourite live band and they have peaked with this softly flowing melodious river of sound that washes over me as I gaze at the view. THANK YOU

Why did it take so long?. I used to be a massive fan of snow patrol. When this came out I hesitated in purchasing..... why? I have no idea! This is some of their finest work. It is one of those albums you can just listen to and don’t skip a song. Love it!!

Dull. Very boring album , no kick to this at all. Seriously they need songwriters from Outside the group to come in and help them.
