I’ll always be a fan but.... I love Chris Brown, I appreciate his talent and how versatile he is but having said that this album is not my favorite. I think what I am looking for is more R&B ballads and that’s not really what I’ve experienced from Chris. The greatest plus about this album is that I can play it all the way through without skipping songs so that says a lot. Even though the songs are more pop-ish, I can hear the maturity in most of the songs (I’m listening to the clean version). It’s not raunchy music like a lot of his contemporaries, again this is the clean version I am listening to. Overall I’ll always support CB because I think he’s a great artist and he’s extremely talented and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t waiting for this album to come out.

Back to sleep. I actually LOVE the clean version of "Back to sleep", better than the explicit one. It just sounds better and smoother. The other one sounds a bit disrespectful to me.

I've been a big Chris brown fan since he started I love how he's evolved from a young man to now an adult musically my only advice to Chris's adult music is don't force the profanity some times it feels like he's forcing the song in a certain direction to make it as hard as he can for his hip hop fans but as a hip hop fan as well its not the profanity that we as hip hop fans respect , it's about being real there's times when it calls for profanity and nothing else can substitute I love that raw authentic real sound but there's lots of times where Chris could have made word substitutions and the substitute would have been more real and sounded more appropriate then saying the most vulgar thing he can thing of but all things also the auto tunes is really beneath you Chris I have to admit your better than that but all things considered Chris is one of my favorite Artist

Writing on clean version specifically. I am 11 years old. I like the song back to sleep. He says the f-bomb in the explicit version of that song. In the clean version, it is still a bad word he says s•x. They could have censored it better. Zero is good but back to sleep is not. Start making things appropriate for children

The seventh studio album release definitely brings diversity to what I would like to say is easily one of the top 10 albums of 2015. In my opinion it’s definitely the number 1 album of the year but that wouldn’t be fair. To date, Royalty is the most developed and versatile album put out by the multi-talented 26 year old. If you want to put your troubles aside and feel good about life again and just chill and vibe out then this is the album you HAVE TO buy!!! Not his best. There are a few good tracks on the album (little more, little bit, zero). Can't help but think that Chris has spread himself too thin this year with 2 mix tapes, multiple collaborations and now an 18 track album. He would have been better focusing on creating 10 quality tracks. Instead he produced a mediocre album.
