How could you not love it?!!. I absolutely love the movie and the soundtrack! Some of you need to stop comparing it to the original Annie's it wasn't meant to be like them..it was modernized to something that the kids of today would be able to understand. My nieces and nephew have seen all the Annie's and they loved this one because it was so relatable to them today! Anyway definitely buy the movie and soundtrack!😄😄

WOW!. I love this movie. I watched in the hospital with my mom when i was having a procedure done, and this movie is one of the few live-action movies made in modern-day that I can actually handle. I can't handle or watch movies with lots of battle (like Lord of The Rings or the Divergent movies), so this movie and soundtrack is a win-win in my book! I vote for you, Mr. Stacks!

What an amazing version of Annie!. I once saw Annie on Broadway and enjoyed it. I also saw the motion picture in 1982. But I just can’t deny that this version is even so much better than the original Annie.

WHY??!?. I listened to this and hated how they took classic songs like Tomorrow and made them so upbeat!!! I watched the older movie Annie and loved it so much🙂! The songs were so much better! It's the only movie I cried at because the songs were so good!!However these were not it's sad to think that some kids might not see the original Annie😢😢😭.

Didn't get what I paid for!. I just bought the complete album consisting of 15 songs for my daughter who loves the movie. However, only 5 of those songs downloaded! Now, the remaining songs that didn't download are requiring another payment! I don't understand. If I can't get the entire album -- ALL 15 songs -- then I'd like a refund of my $. 😡😡

Awesome!. All though auto tune was obviously used in the movie's songs but aside from that Annie and its characters sing in harmony and have an adventure through the whole thing.Hopefully they can make something better out this.

Annie😍. This is a great album and a great movie I'm glad they made a new one because kids will actually learn something for once!

Amazing.. First of all--Anyone complaining about autotune hasn't listened past the first few lines of the Overture track. The only autotune is in that track. No characters are singing during that part--it's literally the overture playing while Annie runs down the street. This remake was amazing and breathtaking. As a child who adored the original Annie, I'm an adult who adores the new Annie. And this movie is honestly much more relatable with the modern spin. I loved the old Annie but it honestly seemed like another world because the era was so different from even my childhood era. The changes to the songs fit for the situation and characters. Some changes are even minuscule ex: "No one cares for you a bit when you're a foster kid" vs. "No one cares for you a smidge when you're in an orphanage" The new songs added fit with the theme of the original songs as well as tying in seamlessly with the newer renditions. Honestly hands down the fastest I have purchased a movie soundtrack. The original Annie never brought me to tears. Annie 2014 did multiple times.

Haters gonna hate. Ok, what is all of this nonsense about people who like this having no respect for the arts? That's highly incorrect. This movie was AMAZING and the soundtrack was too. Just because you may not have liked this, doesn't mean it's bad. Besides, if you are like 40 years old then you best not say anything, because this movie is aimed at KIDS, not adults. Therefore it's the kids' opinion that matters. I love this movie despite all the hate it gets.

Awesome new version!. I am so happy they changed the songs and made them relevant for the 21 century. The original version is also very good but it is a completely different movie and sound. I think they were smart to not just completely copy the original soundtrack.

A very good remake!. I loved the 1982 original so much! This surprised me with how good it became! Way too much autotune though. I think I'm gonna like it here is terrible as it was changed immensely and I don't need anything but you. That was one of my favourite songs and they ruined it. The new songs The city's yours, opportunity and who am I were very good though. Things to be desired but overall a great album!

Annie 2014 Soundtrack. I took my 6 year old daughter and 9 year old son to this movie. They loved it! I caught my 9 year old dancing during the movie. What a breath of fresh air! A modern adaptation of a classic movie! Great job to the director and cast. Jamie Foxx, Cameron Diaz & Quvenzhane Congrats on "Who Am I?” What an amazing song. You sound like Angels. Thank you for doing this. Bravo! Encore!

Why!?. These songs are great songs! If you didn't know they took perfectly good songs and screwed with them. I am a huge Sia fan but this is incredibly disappointing, this is Annie for gods sakes! You can't take the titles of the original songs and then change them so dramatically! I'm disgusted they would be allowed to meddle with the classics. These aren't bad songs, they're just not Annie. Extremely disappointed in this soundtrack.

Terrible. I’m fine with a different spin and rendition of the Broadway classic but just listen to this and the Original Broadway cast. This has no heart or acting. It’s a cheap reason to turn classic broadway songs into a hip hop mess! Want to go Hip Hop, then write a new score with the original story; create something new and exciting. Not take loved known classics and try to “spin it” and call it original. Pass it!

If you loved the original Annie, do not listen to this.. I understand that this is a remake of the wonderful classic, but the new songs were terribly orchestrated and the singing was not great. And the movie was terrible with horrid casting decisions. As a lover of the original movie, I am angry that they took such an amazing classic and turned the music it into this.

Amazing vocals. Just to start the review off for this amazing soundtrack I would like to say that this album is not completed with words. The young actor/singer who plays the modernised version of Annie has a beautiful voice , personality and smile. Jamie foxx and Cameron Diaz are also amazing actors with hidden singing talents. If only iTunes allowed you to give 1,000,000 star ratings.😘😍

Personally I didn't like it. Way to much auto tune in these songs for me. I personally prefer the original Annie as it had a great charm to it. Cameron Diaz is great thought the movie and the album. This version is a good movie don't get me wrong and the updated style is great as well but I will forever believe that the original was the best and that this remake was slightly pointless.

Fab. The movie was great but the soundtrack (I think) was even better. I like Little Girls...who knew Cameron Diaz could sing...I also liked You're Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile...Sia is truly talented. Plus Jamie Foxx can sing too? The producers probably pushed these celebs too their max!!

Annie 2014=Amazing!. AMAZING!!! Cameron Diaz, just WOW!!! 😍😍😍 I love the music so much!!! Rose Byrne and Jamie Foxx were also amazing as well as the little modern Annie herself! Like 1000/10 super awesome!

Good and Bad. It’s hard to take this film seriously, mainly because the writers took the original script and just tried to contemporise it and got lost along the way. But some of the musical arrangements were pretty great. I love the Hard Knocks Life, thought Little Girls was unbelievably catchy (it’s unashamedly on one of my playlists) and Sia is outstanding in Opportunity. It’s not fantastic and a little heavy on the auto tune… but it’s catchy and I like that.

Pretty Good. I really liked the soundtrack. It's a bit auto-tuned but I liked how they changed some songs slightly and then added new ones in the 2014 version

My ears!!!. Gosh what a terrible needless modernization of a classic musical. There is enough auto tune in this to deafen an entire nation. Remember the girls in the original? Who could, you know? ACTUALLY SING. Skip this, go see "Into the Woods" instead. I'm all for hip, poppy musicals, but this dreck makes Grease 2 look like the original by comparison.
