Slushii sets himself apart from other djs with this one. What an album. If you've been to his shows you know he is versatile and also sings. On this album his vocals are on every song. Name another edm dj that can say that. He writes, mixes, produces everything by himself and the quality shows with out of light. Some listen to EDM only for the beats or bass drops, but slushii here takes you on a journey that hits you in the feels with story telling that he pulls from personal experience. I can't recommend just one song from the album. You need to get the whole thing for the complete experience. So I highly recommend Slushing it up with out of light.

Pretty good!. Not As hype as I hoped it would be. This album is definitely more chill than he usually does but it's still dope! I love Slushii's music and I love this album!

Nice. Solid production. Even tho he uses the same sounds he also incorporates other genres and styles like with “forever”, a nice slowed trap beat mixed with his ambient future bass sound. And then(I forgot the name of this one XD) but I believe it’s track #4 and it has a nice deep house/future bounce vibe. I’m just loving how he is incorporating other styles on this album and not just all future bass. His music just keeps getting better and better. Hope he keeps it up!

Different but great. It's different than the stuff he sometimes makes. Very chill and peaceful but still gets lit. I love the album, can't wait to hear what's next 💜💙

🍧🍧🍧. I've been listening to slushii since His Disarm you remix and I've been a fan ever since! He does a lot of different genres but this album shows you his signature sound that has evolved over five years from All I Ever Wanted! From his emotional lyrics and vocals to his slushed up playful EDM beats. This album showcases it all. For those that are complaining there isn't a high BPM hard bass drop apparently have only listened to a couple of his songs and not that much of anything else because slushii along with EDM is more than a hard drop and if you think that's all what this scene is your probably a "bro". This album is for the real music lovers and slushii fans. This album is prefect and what I expect on my slushii scale. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but it's mine and if you've read this far down you should give it a listen. I love slushii! Keep slushin it up buddy! A lot of emotion went into this album, and it’s great!. This album is really good, when I listen to it I can tell that when Slushii wrote it, there were experiences and emotions connected with each song and the whole alternate world concept is so beautiful! It gives me the same sort of feeling as Porter Robinson’s worlds although slushii music is typically a bit more intense. But there is a bit of genre variety on this album and it’s really cool, from the emotional build up and amazing beat of Into the Light and Dear Me, to the slower more emotional beats of I’ll be there and Out if Light. There’s not a song on this album that I don’t like at least a little bit, but part of the enjoyment is the mood that it makes you feel, it’s quite and surreal, and fascinating. Overall I give it an 9/10, only because I don’t believe any song in the universe is 100% perfect. But there are some that come darn close, and I feel like Slushii has really outdone himself with this one. Good Job Slushii👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼
